PLEASE NOTE – a JOINING FEE of $600 applies to the following categories:
INDIVIDUAL 7 DAY MEMBERSHIP $1880
Enjoy Kooindah Waters’ most popular membership category providing you access 7 days per week, with preferred members tee times on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
INDIVIDUAL 6 DAY MEMBERSHIP $1670
This 6 Day category will allow members to enjoy all the benefits of a full playing member but from Sunday to Friday.
INDIVIDUAL 5 DAY MEMBERSHIP $1460
5 Day memberships offer members the opportunity to play the golf course from Monday to Friday with preferred members tee times Tuesday & Thursdays. This is an ideal membership for the shift-worker or retiree.
(Members wishing to play golf outside the guidelines of their category will be subject to daily green fees).
COUNTRY MEMBERSHIP $1460
Designed for members who reside more than 50km from Kooindah Waters but require full membership benefits.
DUAL (COUPLE) 7 DAY MEMBERSHIP $3330
Couple 7 day membership allows 2 adults access 7 days per week, with preferred members tee times on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Definition – For the purpose of this membership, a DUAL is defined as married/de-facto relationship where both partners reside at the same address.
DUAL (COUPLE) 6 DAY MEMBERSHIP $2910
Couple 6 Day membership category will allow 2 adults to enjoy all the benefits of a full playing member but from Sunday to Friday.
Definition – For the purpose of this membership, a DUAL is defined as married/de-facto relationship where both partners reside at the same address.
DUAL (COUPLE) 5 DAY MEMBERSHIP $2500
DUAL 5 day membership allows 2 adults access Monday to Friday with preferred members tee times Tuesday & Thursdays.
Definition – For the purpose of this membership, DUAL is defined as married/de-facto relationship where both partners reside at the same address.

INTERMEDIATE 1 MEMBERSHIP (18 – 27YRS) $800
Our intermediate 1 membership provides membership for younger golfers transitioning from a junior membership.
INTERMEDIATE 2 MEMBERSHIP (28 – 33YRS) $1250
Our intermediate 2 membership caters for our young adults transitioning into an adult membership.
NO JOINING FEE for the following categories.
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP $200
Our junior membership program is extremely competitive with the club a strong supporter of developing junior golf.
NEW 9 HOLE MEMBERSHIP $850
For the social golfer, beginner or time poor member. Limited to 9 holes per day – outside of competition times.

MEMBERS GREEN FEES
PAY AS YOU GO $15 for 18 holes or $10 for 9 holes
ADD-ON – PREPAID GREEN FEES – UNLIMITED PLAY $850 with no green fees to pay for 12 months. (Within the guidelines of your membership Category)
MEMBER CART FEES
PAY AS YOU GO $45 per 18 holes or $25 for 9 holes
ADD-ON – PREPAID CLUB CART FEE $950 for access to a BRAND NEW 2025 EZGO Club Car golf cart (with GPS included) (Member driver and or spouse ONLY) for membership year.
ADD-ON – Pre-paid cart with additional nominee $1200. Members may nominate (one) extra person to enjoy the benefit of their pre-paid cart in their absence. (Not transferable in the membership year).
Residents cart – $450 T&Cs apply.
ADD-ONS – 2026
Add-Ons are not part of your Membership Subscriptions. Add-Ons are optional. Add-On benefits only apply to the category of membership you belong too. (If you are a 5 day member, your Add-Ons only apply to your 5 day category. Add-Ons are heavily discounted and designed to offer benefit to members who play multiple times a week.

KOOINDAH WATERS GOLF CLUB
NO COMPENSATION OR REFUND POLICY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
Purpose
This policy outlines Kooindah Waters Golf Club’s position regarding the impact of inclement weather on member play and the associated membership fees. The Club acknowledges that golf is an outdoor sport subject to weather conditions beyond our control.
Policy Statement
Kooindah Waters Golf Club does not offer compensation, refunds, or extensions of membership fees or entitlements due to course closures, partial closures, or restricted access caused by inclement weather, including but not limited to:
– Heavy rain or storms
– Lightning activity
– Flooding of the course
– Wet or unplayable course conditions
– Extreme heat or other weather events affecting safe play
Rationale
Membership fees contribute to the overall operation, upkeep, and improvement of the golf club and its facilities, not solely access to play. While every effort is made to keep the course open and playable, safety and preservation of the course condition take priority. Weather-related interruptions are considered a natural and occasional part of golf in Australia.
Course Closures
Decisions regarding closures or restrictions due to weather are made at the discretion of the Course Superintendent and General Manager, in accordance with safety guidelines and course preservation requirements.
Member Acknowledgement
By becoming a member of Kooindah Waters Golf Club, individuals accept the inherent risks of outdoor golf, including weather-related disruptions, and acknowledge that no compensation or refund will be provided under these circumstances.
