RD 2 – SATURDAY 30TH AUGUST
QF – SATURDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER
SF – SATURDAY 1ST NOVEMBER
FINAL – SATURDAY 13TH DECEMBER
2025 LADIES MATCHPLAY CHAMPIONSHIP

RD 1 – WEDNESDAY – 16TH JULY
QF – WEDNESDAY – 27TH AUGUST
SF – WEDNESDAY – 1ST OCTOBER
FINAL – WEDNESDAY – 12TH NOVEMBER
Format: Individual Matchplay tournament with all handicaps eligible to compete, starting from the first hole, lowest nett score wins the hole, most won holes wins the match. The match play stroke index is to be used and is on the back of your scorecard.
You may now also play in the comp of the day but must play via stroke play rules and so no concession of strokes or holes. (Golf NSW)
Men’s Qualifying Round: The top 32 men’s Stableford member’s scores will qualify for the Matchplay individual tournament. Stableford Ties will be decided upon by countback. Note social players, KPC members and members guests are not able to qualify. Nomination Sheet – This will be provided on the day of play (Saturday 14TH JUNE for the Men) and you must nominate to qualify. Ladies can nominate on the nomination sheet or with Susan Martin.
Handicap: All players will play off their current handicap on the day for each match.
Strokes Given – Handicaps will be worked out as follows. Player A has a handicap of 10 Player B has a handicap of 15. Player A will give Player B five strokes according to the Matchplay index.
Tees: Men’s White Tees – Ladies Jade Tees. Players may agree to play a different tee block but both players must agree else the standard tee block is to be used as above.
Tie / Draw: Should a match be tied after 18 holes players will continue until a result is reached.
Each player will continue to receive strokes beyond the 18th hole. The play off holes will be the 1st followed by the 2nd, 3rd and so on until a result is determined.
Completion of Round: Each player must complete their matches by the dates provided. If you are unable to play your match, your opponent will receive a bye into the next round.
ATTENTION – It is both players responsibility to contact each other and arrange the match. If you both cannot find a suitable time to play your match within the time guidelines, a toss of the coin will determine who progresses. The golf shop can provide players with contact details. Players must notify the golf shop of the result upon completion of match.
Tee Times and Times of Play: Bookings can be made in the golf shop or the website. The golf shop will help with contact details to arrange your round against your opponent. Matches can be played any day of the week as long as it is completed before the cutoff date as stated above.
Mark Churcher (Head Pro) and the Golf Team are responsible for the supervision and control of all matters pertaining to the event, the allotment and revision of handicaps, settlement of disputes and rulings.
