Firstly welcome to all our Members for the 2025/26 golfing year. On behalf of the entire golf team we look forward to serving you over the coming 12 months and being a part of your golfing journey at Kooindah Waters.

Membership Category and Option Choice.

Some of you have decided to change your category to suit your golfing needs. Some of you have added or discarded a pre paid cart or green fee option. These are OPTIONS for your benefit and totally your choice. This is all totally fine as long as you are fully aware of the category you are now in and the benefits and restrictions that come with your category.

Example– If you are a 5 day member – you have access to our course from Monday to Friday, a 6 day member, all days except Saturday and a 7 day member has access 7 days a week. Please be aware of the restrictions associated with your category.

If you have decided to drop a Pre- Paid Green Fee, please remember that you need to pay your green fees every time you play golf. $15 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes.

These fees are honored pending your category, if you wish to play outside the guidelines of your category, then additional green fees will apply.

Please respect your category and your choices and don’t make our job any harder by having to chase you for payment. It’s not fair on any of the Golf Team and saves embarrassment for the member.

At the end of the day, we all want to make sure the category that you have chosen will work for you. If you want to change your membership category at any time, please reach out to the team and they will do their best to assist you.

Checking in – Playing golf at Kooindah Waters as a member is a privledge and not a given. We have noticed some members walking to the tee, mainly later in the day without checking in and paying your green fee (if applicable).

Firstly – All members need to check in a must be on the tee sheet. We have a duty of care and need to know who is on our facility. Its a courtesy and we expect all members to abide by it. Again we don’t want to have to chase you because you have not checked in.

Secondly – if you have not taken up the Pre-paid Green fee option YOU must pay the members green fee every time you play. Please respect this.

Residential Cart Pass.

Our New 2025/26 Residential Cart Pass are available for collection. Please make sure this is displayed on your windscreen at all times. Makes our job alot easier to identify that you have paid. Thankyou.

To all members please remember, next week, the 15th April is the last day you can pay your renewal. Please make sure you have renewed on time, otherwise your access to the tee sheets and members portal will be denied.

Another year, hopefully filled with many memorable memories and fun times with your mates. Golf is a great game, so many benefits that come with hitting the course, mental health, fitness, mateship, patience, character building to name a few. Every time you walk onsite we want you all to just take the time to soak it up, enjoy being a member and be thankful you get this opportunity. Life’s short, embrace every day.
