The Club acknowledges that golf is an outdoor sport subject to weather conditions beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Policy Statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kooindah Waters Golf Club does not offer compensation, refunds, or extensions of membership fees or entitlements due to course closures, partial closures, or restricted access caused by inclement weather, including but not limited to:<br><br>&#8211; Heavy rain or storms<br>&#8211; Lightning activity<br>&#8211; Flooding of the course<br>&#8211; Wet or unplayable course conditions<br>&#8211; Extreme heat or other weather events affecting safe play<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rationale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership fees contribute to the overall operation, upkeep, and improvement of the golf club and its facilities, not solely access to play. While every effort is made to keep the course open and playable, safety and preservation of the course condition take priority. Weather-related interruptions are considered a natural and occasional part of golf in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Course Closures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Decisions regarding closures or restrictions due to weather are made at the discretion of the Course Superintendent and General Manager, in accordance with safety guidelines and course preservation requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Member Acknowledgement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By becoming a member of Kooindah Waters Golf Club, individuals accept the inherent risks of outdoor golf, including weather-related disruptions, and acknowledge that no compensation or refund will be provided under these circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In these times we look for your support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enquiries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For any further information or clarification, members may contact the General Manager at the Golf Club.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PLEASE NOTE &#8211;
